I was driving on the way to Ang Mo Kio one day, when i saw this woman (not sure if she is a woman judging by those tights) in a ultra hot shiny sliver skirt and tube top. Where are the fashion police?! Arrest that eye-sore! Definitely a traffic stopper haha.
