Typhoon in Hong Kong?! BUMMER

I'm going for my annual shopping trip to Hong Kong during its fab sales period and seems like its will be pouring cats and dogs on my whole trip there. The weatherman even predict the coming of a typhoon!! WTF! Well instead of packing a hat, I will be packing my rubber boots from Paul frank.
